So many people that I interact with feel as though they are never good enough, pretty enough, thin enough, rich enough, or any of a thousand ways in which we are not good enough. Prison CONversation advocates that we are all good enough. Those of us who have committed crimes were the best we knew how to be at the time. Accepting ourselves and trusting that help is available allows each one of us to find out that we are all enough. When we feel this way the tragedy of the criminal justice system and our involvement with it somehow becomes more tolerable. Remember that you never need to be alone and you are enough.
